Since 2014, Dr. Carter has contributed to teaching and curriculum development in the Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Program, coordinating clinical practice units such as PODI4202 and PODI4205. Her research interests center on biomechanics and podiatric medicine, with a particular emphasis on lower leg and foot contributions to turnout in dancers using 3D multi-segment foot models.
