Rate My Professor Shan Bergin

Shan Bergin is a Senior Lecturer and current Discipline Lead (Teaching and Research) in the Discipline of Podiatry within the School of Allied Health, Human Services and Sport at La Trobe University. She holds a PhD and has more than 20 years of experience in the assessment and management of diabetes-related foot disease. Her academic work centres on podiatry education, research into foot conditions such as painful hallux valgus, and contributions to professional activities in the field. Bergin has served as Chair of the Australian Podiatry Education and Research Foundation and maintains active involvement in collaborative projects aimed at advancing podiatry education and practice.
