Shannon Ryals serves as Program Director and Assistant Professor in the Education department at Webber International University on the Florida campus. Holding an M.Ed., he leads the Education programs, including the Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Bachelor of Arts in Middle Grades Education, Bachelor of Arts in Special Education, and Master of Arts in Education.
