Rate My Professor Sherine Farouk

Prof. Sherine Farouk is a Professor of Accounting at Abu Dhabi University, where she also serves as Associate Dean in the College of Business. She received her Ph.D. from London Metropolitan University in 2007. With more than 25 years of academic leadership experience at institutions in the UAE, the UK, and Egypt, she has held positions including Associate Provost for Academic Projects and Internationalisation and Assistant Chancellor for Global Partnerships and Impact at Abu Dhabi University. Her research focuses on accounting, finance, organizational performance, and sustainability, with numerous publications in Scopus and ISI-indexed journals as well as book chapters on these topics.

Prof. Farouk has contributed to academic projects, internationalisation efforts, and sustainability initiatives at Abu Dhabi University, including service on the Sustainability Strategic Committee. She maintains an active research profile with citations exceeding 2,400 on Google Scholar.
