Shin Yee Wong is an Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology. She serves as Programme Leader of the SIT Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours programme. Wong joined SIT as an Assistant Professor in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2019. She previously held the role of Deputy Programme Director for the SIT-Massey BFoodTech (Hons) programme from 2017 to 2019.
Wong holds a PhD in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research focuses on crystallization, process engineering, and technology transfer. She teaches in the Pharmaceutical Engineering and Food Technology programmes, with subjects including cGMP.
