Stefanie Keating, DNP, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC, AOCNP, is an Assistant Professor of Nursing and Assistant Chair in the Graduate Nursing program at the Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies, Hofstra University. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from New York University. In her clinical role, she serves as an Advanced Clinical Provider Educator and oncology nurse practitioner at Northwell Health. As Program Director for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) track in the Doctorate in Nursing Practice program, Keating oversees curriculum development focused on advanced simulation training, interprofessional education, and competency-based preparation for acute care practice.
Keating's research interests include simulation-based educational interventions, entrustable professional activities, point-of-care ultrasound integration, and bridging gaps in nurse practitioner training.
