About Stephanie

Dr. Stephanie Krick serves as Senior Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Programs in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida within the College of Community Innovation and Education. She earned a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Public Administration from Troy State University. Before joining the University of Central Florida in 2002, Dr. Krick gained professional experience in the public and nonprofit sectors across Florida and Washington, D.C. In her current position she oversees curriculum development and addresses student issues for programs in public administration, nonprofit management, emergency management, and urban and regional planning. She also acts as faculty advisor to the Nonprofit Knights Student Association.

Dr. Krick maintains research interests in nonprofit management, public program evaluation, and leadership. She previously served on the national board of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and presently holds a position on the editorial board of the Journal of Nonprofit Education and Leadership. Through these roles Dr. Krick contributes to advancing undergraduate education and professional preparation in public affairs at the University of Central Florida. Her work supports student success and program excellence across multiple academic tracks in the School of Public Administration.
