Suzanna Turner is the Operations Manager at the Centre for Educational Design and Innovation (CEDI), part of the Academic Division at the University of Otago. In this capacity, she manages the operational needs of the centre, which supports university-wide initiatives in learning and teaching development, academic integrity, learner success, educational design, educational technology, and student academic skills. CEDI brings together core staff, student academic skills teams, operations personnel, and PhD students to advance pedagogical innovation and support services for academics and learners across the institution.
