Tam Le serves as the Regional Market Manager – South-East Asia, Africa, and Pacific Islands in the International Office at the University of Otago. His role involves international student recruitment and marketing efforts targeting regions including Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and the Philippines.
Tam Le completed a Master of Commerce with Distinction, equivalent to First Class Honours, with an overall grade of A (GPA: 7.9/9) from the Otago Business School, Department of Marketing at the University of Otago. His 2019 master's thesis titled 'A belief in karma and its influences on marketing decisions: Perceptions of marketing managers in a Western context' explores perceptions of marketing managers in New Zealand on how belief in karma influences their marketing decisions. The thesis is available in the University of Otago's research archive and has been cited twice. During his postgraduate studies, he served as a tutor at the University of Otago from July to November 2018 and represented research students from the Otago Commerce Division and Otago Business School, providing feedback and discussing graduate research issues.
