Emma Taylor serves as Principal Lecturer in Business at Wrexham University. She transitioned to academia in 2018 after more than twenty years in Human Resources, where she focused on employment relations and supported senior leaders in change management, organisational design, TUPE processes, and employment tribunals. At Wrexham University she holds programme leadership responsibilities for the MA in Human Resource Management, the Online MBA, and the MSc International Management Suite, while overseeing the MSc programme and online business provision.
