Dr. Theodora Issa is an academic and casual teaching staff member in the UWA Business School, Department of Management and Organisations at the University of Western Australia. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Curtin University in 2005, with a thesis titled 'Ethical Mindsets, Aesthetics and Spirituality: A Mixed-Methods Approach Analysis of the Australian Services Sector,' which received the EFMD/Emerald Outstanding Doctoral Research Award in 2010. Her additional qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, Master of Management Research from the University of Western Australia, and Master of Electronic Commerce from Murdoch University. Previously, she worked in the financial sector as an Account Relationship Manager, Training Officer, and Credit Manager, and served as a lecturer and unit coordinator at Curtin Business School.
