Thomas Chermack is Professor and Chair of the Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change Ph.D. program in the School of Education at Colorado State University. He serves as Founder and Director of the Scenario Planning Institute and teaches courses on scenario planning, human expertise, analysis in organizations, change management, and organization development. Chermack's research centers on the theoretical foundations and outcomes of scenario planning, strategic learning, human expertise, change management, organizational learning, performance improvement, and theory building in applied disciplines.
