Dr. Vibha Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at Vasanta College for Women, Rajghat Fort, Varanasi, a constituent college admitted to the privileges of Banaras Hindu University. She holds the position of Teacher Incharge for Sociology within the Faculty of Social Sciences and serves as the Associate NCC Officer, facilitating cadet training and activities for first-year BA, B.Com, and B.Ed students interested in the National Cadet Corps program.
In her teaching role, Dr. Vibha Singh delivers a comprehensive curriculum across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her courses include BSS-111/BSSA-111 (General Sociology: Key Concepts/Basic Concepts in Sociology), BSS-121/BSSA-121 (General Sociology: Social Process/Basic Social Process), BSS-311 (Indian Social Thought), BSS-317 (An Introduction to Sociological Research Method, co-taught with Dr. Santosh Mishra and Dr. Sweta Singh), BSS-321 (Modern Indian Social Thought), and MSS-415 (Sociology of Environment) for M.A. Semester I. Dr. Vibha Singh contributes to research with her co-authored paper, 'Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Relationship Quality and Customer Loyalty in the Indian Banking Sector: A Conceptual Approach,' published in BHU Management Review, Volume 6, Issue 1. She actively participates in college governance, serving as a member of the Students' Grievances Redressal Committee, Admission Committee for Sociology, and various other administrative cells including screening and research development initiatives.
