Professor Victor Fung is Professor of Neurology and Motor Control at Sydney Medical School, part of the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. He serves as Director of the Movement Disorders Unit and Head of the Department of Neurology at Westmead Hospital. Professor Fung holds qualifications including MBBS with honours from the University of Sydney, PhD, and FRACP. His career encompasses clinical practice, medical education, and research focused on neurology, particularly movement disorders including Parkinson's disease, dystonia, tremor, ataxia, and related conditions. As a Conjoint Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health and Clinical Associate Professor in Westmead Clinical School, he supervises clinical training and research projects affiliated with the university.
