Rate My Professor Xavier Fresquet

Professor Xavier Fresquet serves as Deputy Director and Research Engineer at Sorbonne University, with involvement in the Sorbonne Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI). He earned a PhD in musicology and digital humanities from Paris-Sorbonne. In 2015, he joined what is now Sorbonne University to support the PLAS@PAR plasma physics laboratory of excellence. Since 2019, he has contributed to the artificial intelligence community through SCAI. His expertise lies in digital humanities, and he participates in projects including Digital Delacroix, PostGenAI@Paris, and SOUND.AI. He also holds the role of Associate Lecturer in Musicological English in the Department of Music and Musicology and serves as Director of SCAI Abu Dhabi.
