Rate My Professor Yoko Uchikawa

Her research specializations include nursing management, nursing education, and basic nursing science, with a focus on nursing leadership and organizational activation through teamwork, human resource management, talent development based on experiential learning and metacognition utilization, and reflection program development. She has led significant research projects funded by grants, such as the 2021-2024 Base Research (C) grant for 'Development of an Educational Program for Remote Participation-Type Nursing Management Reflection Practice' and the 2011-2012 Research Activity Start-up Support grant for 'Teamwork and Competency in Nursing – Focusing on Mid-Level Nurses.'
