As a graduate of the Master of Science in Economics, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Prof. Denis Yuni for his exceptional mentorship throughout my research journey. There was a time when I felt completely demoralized and hopeless about my research. Following the departure of my initial supervisor, I was advised to consider abandoning my topic and finding a new one because it was perceived to be too difficult for my level. At that point, I began to doubt both my work and my abilities. Then Prof. Denis came into the picture. With intentional guidance, patience, and unwavering belief in my potential, he helped me transform what seemed impossible into something achievable. The journey was far from easy, but he never lost hope in the value of my research and continuously encouraged me to believe in my work. Prof. Denis is welcoming, motivating, and truly invested in the success of his students. He pushes you beyond your comfort zone while emphasizing the importance of quality work, academic rigor, and excellence. More importantly, he empowers critical thinking and restores confidence in your ability to contribute meaningful research. Because of his mentorship, I not only completed my study but also rediscovered my passion for research. For that, I will always be grateful. UNAM is truly blessed to have gained an academic pioneer like Prof. Denis Yuni, someone who is committed to developing scholars, advancing knowledge, and inspiring students to become the best versions of themselves. As a final year Msc Development Finance candidate, I have had the privilege of receiving substantial guidance from Prof.Dennis Yuni during my research journey. I was challenged to think critically,strive for excellence without compromising on quality realsearch!!! A BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY INDEED. From the classroom of Quantz to my Thesis, Prod did exceptionally well and I am sure the future students will attest to same.
