Professional bio
Arthur Kornberg was an American biochemist who won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1959. He discovered the mechanisms in the biological synthesis of ribonucleic acid and deoxyribonucleic acid. He was affiliated with Stanford University.
