EAP (English for Academic Purposes): For students majoring in Arts and Humanities, Business, Science and Technology, I taught academic English, assessed writing and presentations, and designed courses to enhance their research communication skills. Student evaluations average above 95%. As the Manager for Researcher Training and Development (PhD Trainer), I designed a training system covering the entire research process, systematically taught research methodology (research design, data analysis, academic writing, research ethics), and comprehensively improved the international research literacy and global competence of PhD students and researchers through cross-cultural skills development, the establishment of international academic exchange platforms, and the coordination of joint training programmes between China and abroad. As a Senior Researcher and Senior Translation Quality Assurance Specialist, I have published seminal work in the fields of internationalisation of higher education, translation, and humanities research, and have assisted with the translation of high-level authoritative documents.
