| 1.00 | His level 200 course Quantitative Finance is a trade school level course disguised as a level 200 Math Course. The word thats most apt to describe his teaching style is "palavering." | Fulbright University Vietnam | Sep 8, 2026 |
| 1.00 | An MSE assoc. professor. Short tempered and arrogant. I am fortunate to have never been in his class, but my interactions with him have formed a very “strong” impression. | Nanyang Technological University, Singapore | Sep 8, 2026 |
| 1.00 | Absolutely awful course convenor who has been agressively pushing to replace fellow teaching staff with AI chatbots and has absolutely ruined the quality of the STAT1170 unit under his tenure as course convenor. Also actively using STAT1170's students as a source of research data without disclosing this information to students or faculty. Which is a major ethical concern. Worst lecturer I've ever had. | Macquarie University | Sep 8, 2026 |
| 1.00 | Hitting on female students, and he’s super into adding first-year girls from clubs on WeChat. | Australian National University | Sep 7, 2026 |
| 2.00 | Sanjay is a nice person but a horrible lecturer. He does not stay on topic when delivering lectures and goes off on random tangents. His learning materials are filled with random screenshots and equations and you can never tell whether something is going to be assessed, or if it's just a 'fun fact'. His assessments involve recalling random pieces of information from hundreds of lecture slides, which makes them a memory exercise rather than an assessment of your understanding. | Edith Cowan University | Sep 7, 2026 |
| 1.00 | be prepared for hell and back with a man who will suspend you for doing a quiz at home | Monash University | Sep 6, 2026 |
| 1.00 | Use worst grading | University of Engineering and Technology Lahore | Sep 6, 2026 |
| 1.00 | genuinely is the worst professor ever. this woman spends 30 minutes on one slide and there's over 30 slides to cover for the class. THE CLASS CAN GO ON FOR 4 HOURS+ SHE DOES NOT CARE. and i can also never digest what she teaches so i have to go home to review it on my own again cause she's just blabbering in class | Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT) | Sep 6, 2026 |
| 1.00 | Worst course organiser known to mankind | University of New South Wales | Sep 6, 2026 |
| 1.00 | Only attended 6 weeks out of a semester. Spent the rest of it on holiday. Lucky she doesn’t have a proper job otherwise she would have been sacked. | University of Otago | Sep 6, 2026 |
| 2.00 | Just doing his job | University of Queensland | Sep 5, 2026 |
| 2.00 | Doesn't seem to really care. Barely any interest in interacting with students with questions | University of Queensland | Sep 5, 2026 |
| 2.00 | Leichtbau lectures are truly unique. On one hand, you get deep, rigorous derivations of the governing equations—peak theoretical knowledge. On the other hand, the lecturer actually works through practical examples to apply that theory, which is far from standard. The big downside, however, is that the exam seems designed purely to break you rather than evaluate your understanding. You barely have time to engage with the mechanics; instead, you are forced to rush through complex, half-page calculations in lightning-fast time. If you make a single algebraic slip along the way, you get zero points for the entire task because only the final multiple-choice answer counts. The common justification is that in real engineering practice, a bridge collapses if you miscalculate, so a faulty exam calculation deserves no credit. Yet this comparison fundamentally misunderstands engineering reality. Real-world structural design does not happen in four unverified minutes under extreme time pressure; it relies on peer reviews, the four-eyes principle, and thorough plausibility checks. In industry, transparent and traceable documentation is what actually prevents disasters because another engineer can easily catch and correct a minor sign error. By reducing half a page of sound physical modeling to zero points over an isolated arithmetic slip, the exam fails to measure engineering competence—it merely tests typing speed and panic resistance, while treating a student with 95% structural comprehension the exact same as someone who had no clue how to set up the problem at all. Ultimately, it comes down to a deliberate choice of what kind of engineers this course wants to breed. panicked number-crunchers who gamble on end results under arbitrary deadlines, or thoughtful professionals who model soundly, document transparently, and understand how safe structures are actually built. | Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen | Sep 4, 2026 |
| 1.00 | You will have no choice but to be a student of his if you do BIOS1170, you will get through it. | University of Sydney | Sep 4, 2026 |
