Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rotation and serve as a
member of the crisis response team, which may include hospital
visits to check on students outside of traditional business
hours.
Play an essential role in implementing the department's
Residential Curriculum, ensuring that our students have the chance
to engage with the broader campus community and its resources.
Oversee program requests and program implementation from
Resident Staff including Resident Advisors (RAs) and Community
Assistants (CAs).
Manage the budget for the resident staff programs.
Collaborate with members of the campus community to provide
students with holistic programs and support services.
Oversee social media pages.
Participate as needed in corresponding with students in the
general housing inbox.
Student Support Services
- Work collaboratively with the deans of Student and Community
Life, along with faculty to provide support and guidance for
students.
- Meet with students to discuss their needs and connect them to
campus resources and support services.
- Conduct residential well-being checks on students as
needed.
- Evaluate and manage conduct and wellbeing cases in accordance
with college policies, utilizing our conduct software,
Maxient.
- Assess behavioral and educational sanctions for policy
violations while offering guidance, mediation, and
problem-solving.
- Respond to student/parent concerns that arise either via email,
phone, or in person.
Collaborative Partnerships
- Collaborate with members of the campus community to provide
students with holistic programs and support services.
- Gain broad experience in higher-education administration by
partnering with colleagues from across campus to help students
transition and acclimate to Trinity, as well as learn about
opportunities while enrolled.
- Serve on committees as requested.
- The ideal candidate is expected to have broad and relevant
experience in residential life, activities planning, student
advising/mentoring, and student leadership development. A good
understanding of liberal arts communities is preferred. Candidates
should have a passion for mentorship and deliberate interaction
with students.
Qualifications

- Master's Degree, preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
