With over 21,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Communication (in the areas of broadcast and journalism, media and communication studies, new media and TV, or other related communication areas) to begin in Fall 2026. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in a related discipline, or anticipate completion by May 2026.

Ideally candidates should have a track record in related industry experiences, and/or refereed publications and strong potential to advance research. The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
