Experiencing phenomenal growth, Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 21,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Finance to begin in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will be able to teach a field in investment, international finance, financial economics, or financial statement analysis related courses, as well as participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in finance from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited program, or anticipate completion by May 2026. Applicants with terminal economics degree from top universities are also strongly encouraged to apply. Strong preference will be given to those with the CFA designation.

The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
