Experiencing phenomenal growth, Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 21,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, the university invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Product or Graphic Design to begin in Fall 2026. English fluency is a must. The successful candidate will be able to teach one of the undergraduate courses related to UI UX design, media arts and design, graphic design, product design, 3D technologies, modeling, production methods, materials and finish, parametric design, or game design, as well as participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Additional experience in domestic products, furniture, sustainable design, space-saving products, toys, pharmaceuticals, and point of purchase is desirable. Applicants should possess a PhD degree or a Master’s degree of Design or Fine Arts (MFA) in related fields with research interests in the aforementioned areas.

The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including housing, health insurance, schooling, retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High achieving candidates may be considered for a special track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
