With over 21,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Sports Management to begin in Fall 2026. Applicants should possess a terminal degree in a related discipline such as sports or nutrition management, occupational or athletic therapy; or ABD in anticipation of graduation by May 2026.

Ideally candidates should have a track record in professional sports management or competitive/recreational sports. The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
