Job Description

1. Conduct scientific research under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI) of the research group, complete project-related tasks, and publish high-quality academic papers. Postdoctoral fellows are welcome to join the group with their own research projects for collaboration.
2. Assist in applying for national-level grants and provincial/municipal-level projects, or serve as the group leader in applying for postdoctoral science funds.
3. Support and guide graduate students and research assistants in the group or laboratory.
4. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the PI as required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must demonstrate academic integrity and moral principles with no adverse records.
• Hold a PhD degree (or soon-to-graduate PhD candidate) from a renowned domestic university or international university, with expertise in one of the following disciplines: Biological Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science & Electronics, Materials Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Other STEM/medical/engineering disciplines.
• Be under 35 years of age, in excellent physical and mental health, with outstanding academic performance.
• Possess strong research capabilities, including documented achievements in relevant fields. Priority will be given to candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or significant research accomplishments.
• The laboratory does not employ postdoctoral fellows who are currently working elsewhere.

7. Post-Station Treatment: Post-Doctoral Fellowswho remain in Shenzhen (or join Shenzhen-based institutions,like SZBL) for full-time work within 6 months of completing their postdoctoral tenure and sign a labor contract of 3 years with an employer will receive the subsidy of 360,000 RMB.
