Title: WS Administrative Support Assistant
Job Description: Administrative Support Assistant – We are looking for students with different types of skills to provide basic administrative assistance to University Advancement and its departments. Additionally, they will serve as Brand Ambassadors, representing University Advancement positively. Tasks can include filing, answering phones, assisting with projects and/or events, networking and speaking, and other general administrative tasks and errands. Technical experience is a plus but not required.
Job requirements: Basic computer skills, able to communicate effectively, professional demeanor with a positive attitude, comprehends with ease, confidential, great time management skills.
