3rd Shift Injection Molding Operator Lead

Are you an experienced Injection Molding Operator who coworkers already come to for help? Are you comfortable training newer operators, recognizing molding issues, and helping keep production moving?

Micron Products is looking for an experienced Injection Molding Operator to step into a hands-on 3rd Shift Lead role. Previous Lead experience is not required. We're looking for someone who knows injection molding, works well with others, and is ready for an opportunity to grow into leadership.

You'll still work hands-on with injection molding equipment while helping coordinate the team, train operators, monitor production and quality, and serve as a resource on the production floor.

Qualifications

Experience as a Senior Molding Operator, Lead Operator, Trainer, or experienced Injection Molding Operator is a plus.

Medical device manufacturing, ISO 13485, GDP/cGDP, and IQMS/DELMIAWorks experience are also helpful, but not required.
