About the Opportunity
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Global Undergraduate Academic Advising, the Academic Advisor delivers student-focused academic advising to undergraduate students enrolled in pathway programs offered across Northeastern network campuses. The Academic Advisor helps students identify their interests, abilities, and academic goals while providing general program advising across a portfolio of undergraduate degree programs. This position works in partnership with advising units from each program's home college on the Boston campus to support student success and retention. Responsibilities include identifying and supporting at-risk students, assisting with registration and academic planning processes, maintaining student records, participating in recruitment and orientation activities, developing collaborative campus partnerships, and teaching multiple sections of the Introduction to College course.

Academic Advising and Retention (60%)
- Partner with academic advising units on the Boston campus and other global campuses to provide general academic advising and support for undergraduate pathway program students.
