Facilitates workshops for students on academic notice and
responds to faculty on the student EAB.
Assists in representing the College at campus and community
outreach activities.

Qualifications
- Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university
in a job-related field.
- Equivalent to two years of professional experience in one of
the student services program areas or in a related field.
- A Master's degree in a job-related field may be substituted for
one year of the professional experience.
- Additional specialized and relevant experience may be
substituted for the required education on a year-for-year
basis.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of academic advisement practices, general
education requirements, university degree requirements, academic
policies, procedures, and student support resources.
- Ability to provide clear, accurate, and student-centered
guidance to prospective, new, and continuing EOP and non-EOP
students in individual and group settings.
- Skill in facilitating workshops, responding to faculty
referrals and EAB alerts, and supporting students experiencing
academic notice or other academic challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively and represent the College
professionally during campus outreach activities, EOP transitional
programs, interviews, events, and community college admission
days.

- The anticipated HIRING RATE is $5083 per month. The salary
range for this classification is: $5083 - $7228 per month.
- HOURS: Full Time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday. May
include evenings and weekends.
- This is a Regular position with a one-year probationary
period.
- The position is currently hybrid ( 4 days in office, 1 day
remote); however, this is subject to change based on student and/or
operational needs.
