Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Manager of Academic Affairs, this position exercises analytical and decision-making responsibility in supporting the College's Academic Affairs & Workforce Innovation division. duties include utilizing operational processes, entering faculty and instructor workloads, analyzing instructional assignments, course and room scheduling.
The position conducts ongoing data tracking and assessment reporting, performs procurement and budget-related analysis, and develops procedural improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
This position collaborates extensively with department chairs, academic deans, school assistants, Human Recourses, Student Affairs, executive leadership-including the Associate Vice President and the Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Colorado Community College System personnel. The role is relied upon to troubleshoot multifaceted issues, interpret policy, recommend solutions and ensure the critical academic and payroll deadlines are consistently met.
Work is generally performed in a standard office environment. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. May require hours outside of regular office hours. May require work at both campuses. May require travel between campuses.

Effectively uses technology and enterprise systems for communication, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
