Develop and maintain an outpatient presence at a new ambulatory surgery center, supporting the clinical mission of UTRGV. Actively participate in the education and training of medical students and residents, including supervising surgical procedures and leading didactic sessions. Engage in scholarly activity, including clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and academic publications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and contribute to the growth of the surgical services program.
