Your next career opportunity
In this role, you will coordinate key academic programs and processes that support Melbourne Dental School programs. You will collaborate with key stakeholders including academics, professional staff and students to deliver a seamless, compliant student lifecycle. You will also lead process improvements that enhance program quality, student experience and operational efficiency.
What you will deliver:
- Coordinate end-to-end administration for a suite of academic programs in Melbourne Dental School, ensuring accurate, timely support across the student lifecycle.
- Administer assessments, results, progression and Board of Examiners processes in line with policy, compliance and accreditation requirements.
- Provide expert advice to students and staff on policies, procedures, timelines and academic or clinical compliance matters.
- Plan and coordinate key events, including orientation, Open Day, prize ceremonies, information sessions and committee meetings.
- Review, refine and implement administrative processes that drive continuous improvement, consistency and excellent service across the School.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a degree and bring substantial experience in complex academic or student administration roles.
- Manage multiple deadlines and workflows simultaneously, using strong planning and problem-solving skills to resolve unexpected issues.
- Communicate clearly with and manage diverse stakeholders, producing high-quality documentation and providing confident advice on policy and procedures.
- Use advanced MS Word and Excel confidently, and operate enterprise systems such as StudentOne or equivalent platforms.
- Contribute proactively to process improvements, suggesting and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while working independently when required, maintaining discretion and sound judgement.
