About the Role
- You will be responsible for the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings
- You will be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation
- You will work with detailed Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining them
- You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice and guidance through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems
- The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act
About You
- Experience of working within a busy administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure
- Attention to detail and a desire to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels
- Previous experience of higher education
