Location: Gloucestershire, Hartpury

Salary: £25,660 to £27,069 per annum

Hours: Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings
  • You will be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation
  • You will work with detailed Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining them
  • You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice and guidance through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems
  • The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act

About You

  • Experience of working within a busy administrative role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and a desire to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels
  • Previous experience of higher education
