Position Summary: University of Georgia, a Division I member of the Southeastern Conference is currently seeking applications for the position of Academic Services Intern. The position is an 11-month appointment beginning in July 2026 and ending in May 2027.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist the Academic Services Team with daily operations and related administrative tasks of the UGAAA tutoring program (50%)
• Assist the Associate Director of Academic Services with executive tasks (30%)
• Oversee the Rankin Support Staff Council (10%)
• Other duties as assigned (10%)

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification

Master’s degree or progress towards a Master’s degree preferably in Education, Higher Education, Psychology, Sport Management, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree or progress towards a Master’s degree preferred in Education, Higher Education, Psychology, Sport Management, or a related field. Experience in collegiate athletics academic support, higher education, teaching, or related field. Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations.
