2. Knowledge of accounting, tax law, and HR and payroll matters
3. At least several years of professional experience outside the higher education sector in finance and HR/payroll roles
4. Additional requirements:

• Experience in maintaining accounting records and HR/payroll documentation
• Experience in preparing financial statements as well as tax and social security (ZUS) declarations
• Proficiency in using financial and accounting software
• Experience in preparing reports and statements
• Experience in conducting classes and/or training courses
• Availability to conduct classes and perform organizational tasks
