We are seeking an Academic Support Officer to join our Academic Support team, supporting students to succeed in their studies and navigate academic requirements.

The Role

You will provide one-to-one and group academic support, helping students develop study skills, understand feedback, and prepare for assessments. You will also support academic integrity processes and work closely with academic and student support teams to deliver a high-quality student experience.

About You

• Undergraduate degree (essential)
• Experience in a student-facing, administrative, or customer service role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support a diverse student body

Experience in higher education or academic support is desirable.
