Entrants will:

meet the requirements set out in Art. 113 of the Higher Education Law Act of 20 July 2018 (Dziennik Ustaw 2023, Item 742, as amended),
hold a higher education diploma in the field of instrumental studies, specialization of piano studies and a MA diploma in art,
have worked at least three years in higher education as an chamber pianist,
declare that if they are employed, the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław will be their primary place of work,
have a good knowledge of Polish language.

Additional Information

Eligibility criteria

Entrants are required to submit the following documents:

an application for the participation in the Competition,
a CV,
a copy of documents confirming qualifications,
a copy of a document certifying the working at least three years in higher education as an chamber pianist,
a written statement, that if they are employed, the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław will be their primary place of work,
a written statement that they meet the requirements set out in Art. 113 of the Higher Education Law Act of 20 July 2018 (Dziennik Ustaw 2024, Item 1571, as amended).

Selection process

Entries should be send by 31 August 2026 to the Personnel Department of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, pl. Jana Pawła II 2, 50-043 Wrocław or sent to kadry@amkl.edu.pl. The date of receipt of the entries decides.

A Competition Board has the right to interview a candidate on occupational and artistic subjects. The candidate may be asked to present an artistic program lasting approximately 30 minutes and to conduct a demonstration lesson.

The Competition winner will be announced by 15 September 2026.

The Academy reserves the right to cancel the Competition without specifying the reasons for its decision.
