Job Overview
Assist students, on an individual or small group basis in designated subject areas to improve their academic performance at the university
Essential Functions
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring.
- Guide students who need additional help with designated subject area classwork.
- Collaborate with faculty to provide supplemental instruction to students seeking assistance.
- Help students develop study plans and strategies.
- May evaluate academic progress of students.
- May compile reports on student performance.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
Required Experience
One (1) year of teaching or tutoring related to the specified field(s).
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.

Salary/Hourly Pay Rate Information:
