We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our Accommodation Services team, helping deliver a safe, welcoming, and community-focused living experience for students, summer school attendees, and conference guests.
This role supports the day-to-day operations of on-campus accommodation, including facilities management, housekeeping, staff coordination, and customer service. If you're a natural leader with a knack for logistics and a passion for student wellbeing, we'd love to hear from you!
Some tasks of the role include:
- Lead and support the a team of 14 Housekeepers, while supporting Residential Assistant teams
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and inspections across student accommodation
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and budgeting for furniture and supplies
- Coordinate room readiness for student arrivals and departures
- Monitor and respond to maintenance requests and ensure quality standards
- Provide administrative support and contribute to strategic improvements
Fixed-term role ending October 2026 covering parental leave. 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at our Lincoln Campus. Salary: $65,000 - $69,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will have:
- Experience working with diverse cultural and international communities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High-level administrative and organisational abilities
- Confidence using systems like Perfect Procure and StarRez (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Alignment with Manaakitaka and Lincoln University values.
