Ensure a thorough understanding of the general ledger practices to accurately create, verify, and execute general ledger transactions Manage the account analysis and reconciliations for assigned areas of responsibility including credit card activity, campus card liability, prepaid expenses and other various general ledger activity Monitor the Operating Equipment Protection Insurance program through detailed analysis to ensure timely and accurate transaction posting and reconciliation including expense approval and regular reporting. Manage the unclaimed property of the college requiring ongoing awareness of established federal and state regulations Provide assistance for month and year-end closing processes, and annual audits for the college and related entities.
