International Wire confirmations.
Train staff, internal & external customers on DIV policies
and procedures – Semester and as needed basis.
Oversee Property Accounting.
Manage the university's fixed asset and inventory control
process.
Record new assets, track existing assets (transfers and
disposal) and assist with the coordination of the bi-annual
physical inventory verification.
Travel between campus locations may be required.
Train staff on Property Management process and procedures.

Education of Accounts Payable & Accounting Clerk
- Requires a high school diploma/GED
Experience of Accounts Payable & Accounting Clerk
- One year of Accounts Payable experience, including data entry
and electronic invoice reconciliation, auditing and researching
payments
- Experience in SAP and University setting preferred.
Core Competencies of Accounts Payable & Accounting Clerk
- A firm understanding of basic accounting principles
- Understanding of accounts payable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with varying
deadlines
