Job DescriptionThe Accreditation and Integration Coordinator for Health Sciences provides high-level executive administrative, analytical, and logistical support directly to the Chief Accreditation and Integration Officer (CAIO). This role serves as a centralized administrative anchor specifically focused on supporting the accreditation processes and the operational workflows of the Center for IPE and Simulation (CIPES). Operating within a unified enterprise structure, this position supports the CAIO's direct reports within Simulation Operations, Simulation and SP Programming, Interprofessional Education (IPE), and Life Support Skills.
This role reports directly to the Chief Accreditation and Integration Officer for Health Sciences
Required QualificationsAssociate degree required
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, education, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in a high-level administrative support,
executive assistant, or program coordination role. Demonstrated experience working within a complex higher education, health professions program, or academic healthcare environment strongly preferred

Job Duties- Document Control and Review: Assist the CAIO with the clerical formatting, systematic organization, and digital archiving of all required accreditation documents across multiple health professions programs to ensure consistency, timeliness, and completeness prior to submission
Standards Tracking: Maintain highly organized master repositories of current and future accreditation standards across multiple health professions colleges (including LMU-DCOM) to support multi-program alignmentAudit Readiness: Monitor compliance communications and timeline trackers to ensure all multi-site program metrics are finalized ahead of cyclical reporting deadlines or internal auditsDirect Report Support: Provide direct administrative support to CIPES leadership, managing travel requests, processing institutional expense reports, and coordinating multi-site calendars for the CAIO's direct reports to eliminate operational silosOffice Operations: Handle comprehensive clerical duties for the CAIO executive suite and CIPES, including processing receipts, routing document approvals, managing multi-campus correspondence, and maintaining central filesExecutive & Committee Assistance: Coordinate high-level leadership and committee meetings, distribute strategic agendas, and record detailed minutes to prevent cross-program scheduling conflictsKPI Data Collection: Systematically collect, clean, and organize raw operational data, validation metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across Simulation, IPE, and Life Support SkillsDatabase & Roster Management: Maintain comprehensive and highly accurate records, including student cohort assignments, certification histories, cross-program group setups, and active campus personnel rostersResource & Budget Tracking: Organize and report on daily CIPES operations to give leadership clear visibility into how staff, spaces, and equipment are used, efficiently driving and supporting better budget managementUnified Support: Promote a unified "one LMU" culture by streamlining communication and standardizing administrative workflows across all CIPES activities and health professions campusesHigh proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and enterprise scheduling/expense softwareMeticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills required for managing complex accreditation portfoliosData-driven analytical skills to aggregate raw metrics into clean, actionable data reportsOperational discipline and efficiency, with the ability to manage requests from multiple direct reports simultaneously while keeping strategic priorities alignedHigh confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with institutional records, financial data, and multi-program accreditation filesContinuous Accreditation Success: 100% accuracy and completeness in the clerical formatting, organization, and secure digital archiving of compliance and program metrics, ensuring all submissions are delivered ahead of internal reviews and external deadlines for multiple health professions programsCIPES Operational & Margin Efficiency: Flawless, timely administrative execution of travel requests, expense reports, and logistics for all direct reports, successfully eliminating multi-site administrative delays and tracking resource expenditures to drive margin improvementFlawless Data Integrity: Maintenance of completely accurate centralized student tracking cohorts, evaluation statistics, and performance KPIs across CIPES to provide clear, reliable operational visibilityElimination of Operational Silos: Highly coordinated calendar and shared timeline management that facilitates cross-campus collaboration and supports the alignment of all health professions simulation and IPE spaces under a unified LMU framework.
