The Love Consortium is a scientific organization dedicated to advancing collaborative research on love and social connection. This part-time position will supervise and facilitate the day-to-day operations of The Love Consortium staff (i.e., organizational leadership and management) and provide communications oversight. Responsibilities include regular meetings with the PI, Interim Director, and three TLC staff members, as well as reviewing, approving, and occasionally creating communications for key scientific stakeholders (from trainees to full professors).

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• PhD in Psychology
• Expertise in close relationships research (clinical or social psychology)
• Experience conducting research and working with quantitative dyadic data
• Supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

• Familiarity with The Love Consortium
• Familiarity with TLC’s mission and activities
