EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
The Adjunct Faculty member is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and reports directly to the Dean of Business, Career & Technical Programs (or appropriate Academic Dean, depending on discipline).
- To be mindful of the philosophy and objectives of the College and use them as guidelines in planning, structuring, and teaching courses.
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom, lab, or clinical instruction tailored to the specific discipline.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking dedicated educators committed to student achievement.
- Education: A Bachelors degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching in a community college environment is preferred.
