Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse

1. The nurse instructor must have:
   1. A minimum of two years nursing experience.
   2. A minimum of one year nursing experience in caring for individuals in a long-term care setting,
      And/or
   3. Experience working for hospice and be assigned to residents in long-term care setting
      And/or
   4. Experience working for home health and be assigned to residents in long-term care setting
      And/or
   5. Be an instructor in a school of nursing or for a facility training program in charge of supervising students in long-term care setting.

Teaching experience is preferred.
