Conduct regular meetings with both the teacher candidate and cooperating teacher to monitor progress and ensure program efficacy.

Make formal observations throughout the semester, providing formative feedback and suggestions for improvement. Conduct unannounced visits and observations as needed.

Teach assigned courses, prepare syllabi and instructional materials, and coordinate seminars per semester, as needed.

Utilize university technologies such as Canvas for instruction and communication.

Assist in curriculum development when necessary.

• Master's degree in a related field or at least eighteen (18+) graduate hours or a terminal degree with relevant doctoral-level coursework from a regionally accredited institution.
