The Early Childhood Aide (ECA) Adjunct provides quality instruction and maintains a positive learning environment in the classroom, with major emphasis placed on teaching, supporting and evaluating students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ECA Adjunct also supports and evaluates students at their practicum sites.
