Adjunct Faculty, Aural Skills
The School of Music invites applications for an adjunct faculty position in the Musical Studies department teaching aural skills. Sections of this course meet twice a week for 50 minutes each class. There may be an option to teach multiple sections.
Skills required:
- High level of musicianship, including piano proficiency, sight-singing, and rhythmic acuity
- Familiarity with teaching solfeggio and rhythmic solfege of any type
Qualifications:
- MM in Music Theory, Music Education, Performance, or Composition
- Experience and success teaching aural skills at the university level
