Job Description Summary: Responsible to prepare and deliver Biology and/or Anatomy & Physiology coursework.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and teach courses in Biology and Human Anatomy & Physiology.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Provide teaching and mentoring services without discrimination.
- Remain current in the field through professional development.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Technology:
- Demonstrated proficiency using computer applications and online learning management systems like Blackboard.
Principal Professional Standards:
- Meet deadlines for attendance certification and grades.
- Maintain regular office hours.
- Recognize standards of civility and collegiality.
- Comply with college policies.
Required Education:
For General Biology: Master's degree in relevant disciplines.
For Anatomy & Physiology: Master's degree with specific graduate hours.
